Yes. We stock common profiles and can source or mill special profiles, including historic, custom, or discontinued profiles when required. We blend seams and carefully sand transitions so the new work looks original.

Paint or stain — what is included?

We leave trim paint-ready or stain-ready: nail holes filled, caulk where needed, and edges sanded smooth. On request, we can include finishing or coordinate with your painter.

How long does trim around one door take?

Most standard interior door casings take 45–90 minutes depending on wall conditions and profile complexity. Matching or exterior brickmould runs longer.

Will you handle dust control?

Yes. We protect floors, cut outside or on collection, and keep a clean work zone. Vacuum and wipe-down are included in the handoff.

Can you repair damaged jambs or drywall before finishing?

We can sister jamb sections, add extensions, shim uneven studs, reset reveals, caulk critical joints, and make minor drywall patches so the trim seats perfectly flat and paints clean.

Do you work on exterior door trim?

We replace brickmould and exterior casings with rot-resistant materials and proper sealant, then prep for paint to handle Chicago weather.

What warranty do you provide?
